About the Role :

We are looking for a forward-thinking Data Scientist to join our R&D team in the publishing domain. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI, stays updated with the latest trends, and is skilled in building and deploying ML models that solve real-world problems.


Key Responsibilities :


- Research and apply Gen AI/ML techniques to publishing use cases.

- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models.

- Explore emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intelligent features and integrate models into

products.

- Ensure model performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.

- Create POCs for new Gen AI/ML use cases and experiment with emerging technologies.

- Ensure model performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.

- Stay updated with latest trends in Gen AI, ML, and data science to drive innovation.

- Communicate complex findings clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into products

- Research and prototype new AI/ML techniques tailored to publishing


Requirements :


- Minimum 4 years of ML/AI experience.

- Hand on Experience in ML/AI with Lead role.

- Strong knowledge of Gen AI/ML concepts and algorithms

- Hands-on experience in deploying models to production (cloud or on-premise)

- Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, AI Frameworks & SQL

- Up-to-date with latest trends and advancements in AI

- Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
