Role Overview :

As a Lead Data Scientist - Gen AI you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing generative AI solutions that address complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify opportunities for leveraging generative AI, design and build innovative models, and deploy them into production. Your work will directly impact our clients by enabling them to create personalized experiences, automate content generation, and gain deeper insights from their data.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the research, design, and development of generative AI models using techniques like GANs, transformers, and diffusion models to create novel solutions for our clients.

- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into concrete generative AI solutions.

- Build and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines for training and deploying generative AI models in cloud environments.

- Evaluate and fine-tune generative AI models to ensure high performance, accuracy, and relevance for specific use cases.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reports.

- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers in the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and related fields, and proactively identify opportunities to apply them to our business.

- Develop and implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize the performance and creativity of generative AI models.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) with a strong focus on generative AI techniques.

- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

- Solid understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and data analytics principles to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to learn new technologies quickly.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
