Key Responsibilities :

- Build and deploy ML/GenAI models for credit, loan origination, and trade sales use cases.

- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and Python developers.

- Stay up to date with emerging techniques like RAG, Agentic AI, and LLMOps.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Data Science, ML, or GenAI.

- Strong Python programming skills.

- Proficient with tools like PyTorch, Flask/Django, and LLM frameworks.

- Experience with productionizing models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Background in financial services or lending domain is a strong plus.
