Lead Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with 4-8 years of experience in AI/ML to develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models that solve real business problems. The candidate should be strong in data analysis, model building, and handling end-to-end AI/ML projects while leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI models for business use cases

- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights

- Build predictive and prescriptive models

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

- Stay updated with latest AI/ML trends and tools

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python/R

- Experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and algorithms

- Experience in SQL and data manipulation

- Knowledge of data visualization tools

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus

- Good problem-solving and communication skills
