Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and fine-tune multilingual Small Language Models (SLMs) for travel-related applications such as destination expertise and customer support bots.

- Build custom Natural Language Inference (NLI) and reward-scoring models to improve multi-agent response quality.

- Develop and implement active learning pipelines for NLP, Named Entity Recognition (NER), and domain-specific SLM training.

- Architect and enhance conversational AI systems to understand and respond to multiple intents and user queries.

- Establish evaluation metrics and conduct integration and experience testing to ensure model quality and performance.

- Mentor and guide engineering and data science teams in advanced SLM and Generative AI techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI solutions for millions of users.

- Deploy and manage Generative AI models on scalable and efficient infrastructure.

- Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency in production environments.

Experience Required :

- 7 - 10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-related roles.

- Strong experience in NLP, Generative AI, and language model development.

- Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Experience building and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) or Small Language Models (SLMs).

- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data processing techniques.

- Experience deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.

- Experience mentoring teams and leading AI or data science initiatives.

- Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.
