About the Role :

Were looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join our dynamic data engineering team. This is a senior-level position that requires hands-on experience with Python, SQL (PostgreSQL), and AWS. The ideal candidate will have experience building data pipelines, leading small teams, and working across end-to-end data engineering projects.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain robust data solutions in PostgreSQL and Python

- Lead and mentor a small team (23 data engineers)

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements

- Integrate with external platforms like Salesforce using REST APIs/SOAP

- Work on real-time and batch data processing pipelines

- Ensure security and compliance with data practices

Requirements :

- Strong SQL expertise (PostgreSQL)

- Solid Python scripting experience

- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions)

- Good understanding of REST APIs & external data integrations

- Familiarity with Salesforce integration (desirable)

- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills
