Lead Consultant - UiPath Development

Responsibilities :

- Develop automations using UiPath Studio with hands-on experience.

- Utilize UiPath Orchestrator for deploying, managing, and monitoring automations.

- Write scripts using VB.NET, C#, or other relevant languages for UiPath.

- Build, configure, test, and deploy UiPath automation scripts/bots.

- Work with UiPath Document Understanding to integrate document processing into automations.

- Leverage UiPath Process Mining for process discovery and analysis.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing UiPath automations.

- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for UiPath solutions.

- Participate in incident management and provide 24/7 support rotation as needed.

- Collaborate within a UiPath-focused team, proactively communicating progress and issues.

- Interface with business users, IT teams, and management to ensure alignment and issue resolution.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all high and critical severity incidents.

- Perform RCA for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.

- Apply code fixes to resolve incidents where applicable.

- Monitor system health regularly (e.g., disk space, server capacity) and recommend improvements.

- Keep support handbooks and other documents up to date.

- Update the knowledge base and SOPs (e.g., SharePoint) with new solutions and best practices.

Qualifications We Seek in You :

- Proven experience in developing and testing software on Windows platforms using UiPath.

- In-depth understanding of the UiPath RPA tool and ecosystem.

- Ability to interpret business process workflows and convert them into automated solutions.

- Willingness to combine business analysis with hands-on RPA configuration.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to engage with clients to gather and understand business requirements.

- Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards.

- Certified in one or more leading RPA platforms:

- UiPath (preferred).

- Automation Anywhere.

- Blue Prism.

Additional Skills :

- Experience with VB Script and Excel Macros.

- Incident management experience, especially in production environments.
