Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Senior Consultant with 8 to 15 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC Sales & Distribution processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, Returns & Refunds, and Logistics Execution. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, stakeholder management, and hands-on configuration to drive SAP digital transformation in sales, order management, and customer service.

SAP SD Implementation & Support :

- Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects for global clients.

- Configure and enhance Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Availability Check (ATP), Credit Management, Billing, and Output Determination.

- Work on SAP S/4HANA migration/conversion projects, ensuring a smooth transition from SAP ECC.

- Set up Intercompany, Third-Party, and Drop Shipment scenarios.

- Implement and manage Returns, Refunds, and Customer Claims processes.

- Develop and execute functional test plans, UAT scripts, and go-live/cutover activities.

Business Process Optimization & Solution Design :

- Work closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to align SAP SD solutions with business goals.

- Design and implement pricing structures, discounting strategies, and tax configurations.

- Collaborate with SAP ABAP developers to define RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows).

- Provide expertise on SAP S/4HANA FIORI Apps, BTP, and Embedded Analytics for Sales Performance Tracking.

Integration & Data Management

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with MM (Materials Management), FI/CO (Finance & Controlling), PP (Production Planning), and TM (Transportation Management).

- Work on EDI, IDocs, API-based integration with third-party CRM and eCommerce platforms.

- Define data migration and reconciliation strategies using SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or ETL tools.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership :

- Act as a trusted advisor to sales and finance leadership teams.

- Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions for business users and stakeholders.

- Lead SD teams in global project delivery, mentoring junior consultants and offshore teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Expertise :

- 8 to 15 years of experience in SAP SD module, with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

- Expertise in Order Management, Pricing, Availability Check (ATP), Credit Management, and Billing.

- Experience in Intercompany, Third-Party, Drop Shipments, and Consignment Processes.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori Apps, SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), and Embedded Analytics.

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Advanced ATP (aATP) and SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) is a plus.
