This is an onsite position, and we are seeking an immediate joiner to contribute to our dynamic projects.

Job Role/Job Description :

As a Lead Consultant for Oracle Retail SIOCS, you will be a critical asset to our team, responsible for leading, designing, and implementing Oracle Retail SIOCS solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient cloud-based inventory management solutions for retail operations. This role demands a strong blend of functional knowledge, technical understanding of cloud integrations, and excellent client-facing and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations :

Oracle Retail SIOCS Implementation Leadership :

- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Retail Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS), leveraging your experience from at least 1-2 full-cycle SIOCS implementations.

- Drive the project lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis through design, configuration, testing, and go-live.

Functional Expertise :

Possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle Retail SIOCS modules and features, including but not limited to :

- Receiving processes (e.g., inter-store transfer receipts, warehouse deliveries, vendor-shipped purchase orders, Direct Store Delivery with purchase orders, ASN support, carton and pallet receiving).

- Cycle counts and stock ledger management.

- Inventory adjustments and transfers (inter-store, to warehouse, to external finisher).

- Stock on hand visibility and discrete inventory tracking.

- In-store associate workflows for inventory operations (e.g., shelf replenishment, item/supplier/container lookups).

- Omnichannel customer fulfillment (pick list generation, picking, shipping for pickup at store, ship-from-store).

- RFID support and integration with inventory tracking systems.

Solution Design & Business Acumen :

- Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and best-practice Oracle Retail SIOCS solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on optimal utilization of SIOCS features.

Cloud Deployment & Integration :

- Hands-on experience with cloud deployment models specific to Oracle Retail Cloud Services.

- Strong familiarity with SIOCS integrations within the broader Oracle Retail ecosystem, particularly with Oracle Xstore POS (Point of Service), Oracle Retail Merchandising System (ORMS/RMS), and other related Oracle Retail applications (e.g., Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System - RWMS, Oracle Retail Order Broker - OROB).

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs commonly used in Oracle Retail Cloud Services for real-time inventory updates and data exchange.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership :

- Demonstrate strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, including managing expectations, facilitating workshops, and building strong client relationships.

- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior consultants and guide project teams towards successful outcomes.

Problem-Solving :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions during implementation and support phases.
