Role Summary :

Translate solution architecture into scalable Workfront configurations, ensuring adherence to governance, best practices, and enterprise design standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate solution design into detailed Workfront configurations.

- Configure and manage objects (custom forms, templates, workflows, dashboards, reports, approvals).

- Ensure strong alignment with architecture, governance, and scalability principles.

- Manage configuration dependencies and cross-platform integrations.

- Perform quality assurance on configurations vs design specifications.

- Guide and mentor Configuration Consultants (Level 30).

- Support UAT, go-live readiness, and defect resolution.

- Maintain and evolve design & configuration documentation.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8 10 years total experience.

- 3 5+ years in Workfront configuration (end-to-end).

- Experience leading modules / streams.

- Strong hands-on experience in Workfront configuration (end-to-end).

- Expertise in workflow design, permissions, reporting, templates.

- Understanding of solution design translation and governance frameworks.

- Experience in UAT, debugging, and issue resolution.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to Fusion integrations and automation scenarios.

- Experience working with global stakeholders / consulting environments.

- Knowledge of process optimisation frameworks.
