Operating in the IT services and cloud transformation sector, this role supports enterprise cloud-native platforms, migrations, and managed infrastructure for customers across BFSI, retail, and healthcare.

You will join a fast-paced engineering organisation focused on delivering secure, scalable, and cost-optimised cloud solutions.

Role : Lead Cloud Engineer (On-site, Noida)

Primary title : Lead Cloud Engineer.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture and delivery of cloud infrastructure for production workloads - design, review, and approve cloud-native solutions and reference architectures.

- Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) pipelines for repeatable provisioning, using Terraform/CloudFormation and Git-based workflows.

- Design, operate, and optimise container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes) including cluster lifecycle, autoscaling, and security hardening.

- Define and operate CI/CD pipelines, observability, and SRE practices - drive metrics, SLIs/SLOs, alerts, and incident response playbooks.

- Ensure cloud security, governance, and cost-efficiency - implement IAM, network segmentation, encryption, and tagging/cost-visibility controls.

- Mentor and grow a team of cloud engineers, perform technical hiring, and work closely with product and delivery stakeholders to meet timelines and SLAs.

Additional Qualifications :

Proven hands-on leadership with end-to-end cloud program ownership; strong experience in designing and operating production-grade cloud platforms.

On-site requirement : Noida-based engineering leadership and availability for client-facing delivery activities.

Relevant cloud certifications (e., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
