About the Role :

As a Business Consultant specializing in ERP/SAP S/4HANA, you will lead business transformation initiatives for clients across various industries. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that ERP solutions are designed and delivered to maximize business value, improve processes, and drive strategic outcomes. You will work closely with client leadership, consulting teams, and technology experts to deliver end-to-end ERP-enabled business change.

What Youll Do:

- Lead business process redesign and optimization initiatives enabled by ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

- Conduct business requirement workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to align ERP solutions with client strategic goals.

- Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and value realization frameworks for ERP investments.

- Manage stakeholder engagement, including C-level executives, to ensure buy-in and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Drive change management, training, and adoption strategies to ensure smooth transition and sustained use of ERP systems.

- Monitor and report on post-implementation business benefits, KPIs, and continuous improvement opportunities.

- Provide thought leadership on industry trends, digital transformation, and ERP-driven business innovation.

- Support business development through client presentations, proposal writing, and solution design.

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development through knowledge sharing and training.

What Youll Bring (Experience & Qualifications):

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in business consulting, process redesign, or ERP transformation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO modules or equivalent ERP solutions from a business perspective.

- Deep understanding of industry-specific processes in one or more domains: Discrete Manufacturing (Auto/Industrial), Process Industries (Oil & Gas/Pharma/Life Sciences), or Mill & Mining.

- Proven ability to lead business workshops, facilitate decision-making, and manage senior stakeholder relationships.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impacts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

- Experience in change management, training, and post-implementation support.

- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
