Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst / Scrum Master who can bridge business needs with technology solutions while driving agile delivery. This role requires a blend of business analysis expertise and Scrum leadership, ensuring high-quality product delivery, stakeholder alignment, and efficient team execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Analysis :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

- Translate business needs into clear user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria

- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies

- Act as a liaison between business teams, product owners, and technical teams

- Ensure requirements are well understood and aligned with business goals

- Support UAT, validation, and business sign-offs

Scrum Master Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives

- Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices

- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution

- Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability

- Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog prioritization

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 23 years as a Scrum Master

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

- Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management

- Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
