Job Description :


Work Location : Bangalore (Hebbal Office)

- 5-8 Years of experience in a top tier software company in Product Management/Business Analysis with a focus on building Core Banking and financial Applications

- Must have contributed to product roadmaps, creation of stories, planning or releases and market study to conceptualize and build products for large financial institutions.

- Subject matter expert in building and/or implementing Core Banking System

- Expert level knowledge of Core or central Banking function with a good understanding of front, middle and back-office applications

- Customer centric mindset that applies design thinking principles

- Strong practical, working knowledge of Agile SDLC and experience in inbound and outbound product management firm or software product company is highly preferred.

- Strong documentation and analysis skills

- Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical and people skills

- CSPO / Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) PO/PM certification and/or experience is a plus.


Basic educational qualification : MBA, finance preferred OR At least 4 years as BA after BE/B.Tech Part time graduation will not be considered


BFSI experience :


Examples :

- Branch operations/ Back office operations at a bank

- Product implementation at NBFC/ Bank

- Insurance especially actuaries/ risk

- Product management at a Fintech


Current profile :


BA/ Bank/ Back office/ Consulting firms/ Service companies doing BFSI implementations

Other desired certifications : IIBA, CBAP, CCBA, FRM etc.


Desired experience : 5 to 8 years


Responsibilities :

- Coordinate the collection, description, analysis, and prioritization of product requirements and serve as a primary Core Banking System product expert.

- Do product requirements management with minimal guidance, co-ordinate development and release process.

- Contribute to the Product Roadmap by keeping track of innovation trends, regulatory environment, competitive landscape.

- Develop scope and define product backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the development team and manage prioritization.

- Work with Quality Assurance to ensure thorough testing of new software before release.

- Ensure metrics, deadlines, and record-keeping obligations established by management are met.

- Lead the development and maintenance of various product collateral / documents including product presentations, training guides, product brochures, FAQs, user guides, and demos.

- Assist in UAT and End User Trainings

- Mentor junior business analysts in the team

Employment Type :

- All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five

years and renewable post five years
