Recruiting Job Description :

- Over 6 years of experience in understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans

- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, user stories, and functional specification

- Experience in Agile and Scrum with strong documentation skills

- Hands on experience in preparing User documentation Manuals, Release notes, and SOPs

- Good understanding of SDLC process and database concepts

- Proficiency in JIRA, Azure and DevOps

- Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement

- Experience working closely with development teams to ensure the successful translation of business requirements into technical specifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence teams and stakeholders at all levels

- Proven experience as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration

- Strong ability to provide guidance and support to junior business analysts, fostering their professional growth and development

- Collaboration skills to work effectively with technology teams to design innovative solutions that align with business goals and objectives

- Ability to evaluate and recommend technology platforms, tools, and methodologies that align with the organization's objectives and long-term vision

- Experience supporting the development and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of software tools like Draw.io

- Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous

- Experience collaborating with organizational change management teams to ensure smooth adoption and integration of new technology solutions
