Role Summary :

The BI + Power Platform Lead will lead the design and delivery of modern analytics solutions using Power BI and Power Platform tools. The role focuses on dashboard strategy, persona-based analytics design, and modernization of reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead dashboard strategy and reporting modernization.

- Conduct stakeholder workshops to define analytics personas and KPIs.

- Translate business requirements into dashboard architecture and data models.

- Define Power BI dataset architecture and governance standards.

- Design dashboard wireframes and review cycles with stakeholders.

- Guide Power BI developers on visualization best practices.

- Define refresh strategies, security models, and workspace governance.

- Evaluate use of Power Automate for alerting and reporting automation.
