Roles and Responsibilities :

- Architect backend systems in NestJS and Golang to meet global scale and enterprise-grade performance.

- Drive design for microservices, real-time comms (WebSockets, WebRTC), and data stores (PostgreSQL, Redis).

- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain CI/CD discipline.

- Mentor and upskill backend engineers.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend, DevOps, and product leaders.

- Own technical problem-solving.

- Manage task allocation, workflow discipline, and ensure smooth collaboration with frontend and DevOps.

Required Skills :

- 6-8+ years in backend engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Expertise in Golang and Node.js (NestJS).

- Strong database tuning skills (PostgreSQL, Redis).

- Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable deployment.

- Experience building real-time systems at scale.

- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and inspire engineering teams.

- Track record of shipping production-grade, high-performance systems.
