We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer Backend/Data to join our team. The successful candidate will take on a leadership role in developing and maintaining our backend systems and data infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of backend and data engineers to design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems and data infrastructure.

- Set technical direction and strategy for backend and data initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address technical requirements.

- Develop and implement best practices for backend and data engineering.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in backend and data engineering.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.

- Extensive knowledge of database systems, data modeling, and data warehousing.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP is preferred.

- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.
