Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Spring Boot Architect / Lead Developer to design and build scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications and distributed systems. The role involves hands-on backend development, microservices architecture, API design, event-driven systems, cloud-native deployments, and technical leadership across the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures, along with strong coding, code review, and system design capabilities. Experience in building highly scalable, resilient, and observable enterprise applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define scalable enterprise application architecture

- Design modular microservices and integration frameworks

- Lead UI, API, and workflow orchestration design

- Improve platform scalability, resiliency, and observability

- Develop scalable backend services and APIs

- Design event-driven and streaming-based systems

- Build sandbox execution frameworks

- Integrate DRL, DMN, and BPMN runtime systems

- Own HLD and LLD governance

- Conduct architecture and code reviews

- Define coding and integration standards

- Drive DevSecOps and release engineering practices

- Design cloud-native and containerized deployment architecture

- Implement Kubernetes-based execution environments

- Lead CI/CD and GitOps pipeline setup

- Enable distributed and parallel processing systems

- Support system registry and integration mapping

- Enable API and workflow orchestration mapping

- Support entity and workflow integration

Required Skills :

Experience :

- 12+ years in enterprise platform engineering

- Experience leading distributed engineering teams
