Lead Automation Test Engineer - Java/Selenium

Requirements :

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience as QA Lead.
• Minimum 5+ years of working experience in Software Testing.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Web Automation testing using Selenium with Java.
• The candidate should have good experience in designing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Good hands-on experience with Java.
• Experience in Database Testing.
• Experience with GitHub.
• Must have excellent communication/presentation skills.
• SDLC and Agile methodology knowledge.
• Should have Strong testing aptitude with a clear understanding of testing concepts.
• Ability to manage QA responsibility independently He/ She should have proper knowledge about manual testing tools and techniques.
• Evaluates and test new or modified software programs.
• Good analytical and logical skills.
• Good experience in monitoring product development and usage at all levels with an eye towards improving product quality.

• The candidate will be responsible for Web Automation testing.
• The candidate should have experience in Functional, Usability, Reliability & Regression testing.
• Preparing Test Summary, Test Cases and Assessment Reports.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
• Clearly communicates testing and project status.
• Must know different types of testing, approaches, and tools.
• Keep updated about the latest updates on web testing techniques.
• Must have knowledge about bug tracking tools like (Jira, Mantis, Bugzilla, etc.)
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
