Lead Automation Engineer

Description :

- Lead end-to-end automation projects using UiPath tools and frameworks.

- Conduct Business Analysis to identify automation opportunities and define process workflows.

- Design, develop, and execute UiPath automation test cases (manual and automated).

- Utilize UiPath RE Framework and Orchestrator for building scalable, reliable, and maintainable bots.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform feasibility analysis, and propose optimal automation solutions.

- Manage and mentor a team of developers and testers to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Oversee deployment, maintenance, and performance monitoring of automation processes.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and documentation standards.

- (Optional) Implement Computer Vision-based automation where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of total experience in IT/Automation, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in UiPath RE Framework and Orchestrator.

- Proven expertise in Business Analysis (BA), UiPath Testing (Manual/Automated), and Team Management (TM).

- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, process design, and exception handling.

- Good knowledge of UiPath Studio, UiPath Test Suite, and UiPath Orchestrator.

- Experience in process documentation, requirement gathering, and UAT coordination.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer, UiPath Business Analyst) are preferred
