Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Architect / Senior AI Specialist with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, focusing on Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AIOps use cases and a strong technical background in leading AI-driven solutions across large-scale, production-ready systems.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :

1. 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI applications.

2. Proven expertise in AIOps use cases, including :

- Predictive maintenance

- Anomaly detection

- Incident management

3. Strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as :

- TensorFlow

- PyTorch

- Scikit-learn

4. Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based models.

5. Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from :

- Azure

- AWS

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

6. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to :

- Lead cross-functional AI teams

- Mentor junior engineers and researchers

- Drive project delivery and innovation

7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on results and innovation.

8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments.

- Familiarity with data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics.

- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications.
