About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned AI Leader to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.

This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to drive innovation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) while aligning AI initiatives with business objectives.

Core Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable ML/DL models from scratch.

- Lead the development of information retrieval systems & relevance engineering.

- Deploy predictive models and robust APIs for enterprise-grade applications.

- Drive adoption of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector-based search.

- Mentor AI engineers and foster a culture of innovation.

- Collaborate with product & business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions.

- Stay ahead of advancements in LLMs, knowledge graphs, generative AI, and LangChain frameworks.

- Lead experimentation and prototyping of next-gen AI capabilities.

Technical Skills Required :

- Programming : Proficiency in Python, SQL.

- AI/ML Expertise : Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, DL models, and LLMs.

- Hands-on with LangChain, RAG, vector DBs, and knowledge graphs.

- Experience with Cloud AI platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).

- Familiarity with Big Data technologies : Spark, Hadoop, MongoDB.

- Strong foundation in Probability, Statistics, and Linear Algebra.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in deploying ML models into production.

- 4+ years in AI/ML development with LLMs and information retrieval systems.

- Proven experience in leading AI projects and mentoring teams
