Job Summary :
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive architecture blueprints covering system configurations, integrations, data flows, security models, and performance strategies.
- Serve as the primary technical authority on Tenrox and Clarity, guiding development, integration, and customization efforts.
- Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee development standards, best practices, and governance policies related to Tenrox and Clarity customizations and integrations.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and third-party solutions that complement the existing enterprise environment.
- Lead complex integrations between Tenrox, Clarity, ERP, HRIS, and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, or middleware.
- Provide oversight to development teams, mentoring Senior Associates and Developers to ensure quality delivery.
- Design and implement security models, user access controls, and compliance measures in alignment with corporate policies.
- Drive platform upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and robust testing procedures.
- Establish performance monitoring and optimization plans for sustained operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including system diagrams, interface specifications, and guidelines.
- Stay informed of industry trends, vendor roadmap updates, and emerging technologies to continually enhance platform capabilities.
- Participate in vendor management and negotiations related to Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity products
Required Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience working with Tenrox, Broadcom Clarity (CA Clarity PPM), or similar project and portfolio management tools.
- Proven experience in systems architecture, with a focus on enterprise PM solutions.
- Deep expertise in Tenrox time tracking, resource management, workflow customization, and data integrations.
- Extensive experience in Broadcom Clarity architecture, including modules configuration, reporting, workflow design, and security.
- Strong working knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, middleware platforms, and API management.
- Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
- Experience with scripting languages for automation and customization (JavaScript, VBScript, PowerShell, etc.).
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor technical teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies in application development and deployment
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
- Knowledge of Tenrox API and integration frameworks for seamless data exchange across enterprise systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of Clarity architecture including modules such as resource management, financials, project execution, and reporting.
- Experience designing and implementing Clarity security models, workflows, data structures, and configuration best practices
- Strong grasp of system architecture principles, including scalable design, modularization, integration strategies, and security considerations.
- Experience developing architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
- Proficient with REST/SOAP web services, API management, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus).
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data synchronization techniques
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL for complex query writing, performance tuning, and database design.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, PowerShell, or Python for automation and customization
- Solid understanding of PPM concepts including resource allocation, demand management, financial tracking, and portfolio optimization.
- Familiarity with integrating PPM with related systems like ERP, HRIS, and PLM
- Knowledge of identity and access management, role-based access control models, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
- Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), virtualization, networking, and system monitoring relevant to enterprise application hosting
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL best practices for application lifecycle management, deployment, and support
- Proven ability to lead architecture design sessions, review technical deliverables, and mentor development teams
- Strong skills in analyzing complex requirements, identifying potential risks, and crafting effective technical solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Ability to document architecture and design artifacts clearly and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Experience managing vendor relations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with third-party service providers
