About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / Digital HR Lead Architect to drive end-to-end architecture, solution design, and technical leadership for HR transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP CPI/Boomi integrations, and digital HR tools, along with 3+ years of dedicated experience in an architect-level role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and digital HR solutions.

- Develop scalable and robust HR technology architectures aligned with business needs and transformation goals.

- Own and drive integration strategies using SAP CPI, Boomi, and other middleware platforms.

- Provide technical leadership across modules including Employee Central, Talent Management, Performance, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting.

- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Conduct architectural reviews, assess system landscapes, and recommend improvements for performance, security, and scalability.

- Ensure best practices, governance, and compliance standards are followed across all HR tech implementations.

- Mentor and guide functional and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.

- Lead vendor evaluations, solution assessments, and digital HR tool selection as required.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP and HR tech trends to drive innovation in the HR ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology solutions.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Architect or Lead Architect role.

- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, LMS, Recruitment, etc.

- Proficiency in SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, and other middleware platforms for integrations.

- Deep understanding of HR processes, HRIS systems, and digital HR transformation.

- Experience leading complex, cross-functional HR tech implementations.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work closely with global stakeholders and manage multiple priorities effectively
