Role & responsibilities :

- Define, create, implement, optimize and deploy the workflow application

- Proficient in working with process modeler and handling various scenarios

- Expertise in creating rules, expressions, integration objects etc

- Responsive Design, consistent styling and easier navigation

- Integrate and configure external API with Appian BPM workflow

- Designing and implementing reporting and dashboard solutions

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Appian.

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Appian applications to meet business needs.

- Implement process workflows, data models, and Appian interfaces.

- Customize Appian plug-ins and integrate with third-party systems as required.

- Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize applications for performance.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide user support/training when necessary.

- Stay up to date with Appian best practices and platform updates.

- ACLs, roles, User authentication and authorization, RBACs

- Rule reusability, modularize the application, use of Web API's, process models and other strategies

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of projects using the Appian platform.

- Gather and analyze business requirements to design robust solutions.

- Develop and integrate systems, middleware, and applications with Appian.

- Design and build data models to ensure consistency and data integrity.

- Must have experience in building Appian applications using objects like SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, sites, CDTs and other Appian objects

- Must have experience in MySQL databases like Creating Tables, Views and Stored Procedures

- Must have an understanding of Appian best practices

- Must have experience in creating integrations, connected systems

- Nice to have experience in leading teams and delivering end-to-end projects using Agile methodology

- Nice to have experience in analyzing health checks, Devops, performance standards or testing

- Nice to have experience in Writing plugins, components, and connected system

- Nice to have prior working experience with Appian PS

- Excellent communication skills to interact with Architects, product owners and client stakeholders

- Maintain database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems.

- Participate in workflow analysis and modelling utilizing SQL Server and SQL Management Studio.

- Translate BPM requirement specifications into Appian applications and solutions ensuring the highest quality and performance.

- Deliver projects in either Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies, as project dictates.

- Conduct and participate in detailed design reviews and validate that the design follows the approved architecture.

- Participate in the day-to-day activities of the Appian BPM development teams.
