Lead Appian Developer

Description : Appian Lead Developer

Experience : 12-16 years

Location : Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai and Chennai

Key Responsibilities & Expertise :

- Lead the build, test, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using Appian

- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams following Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies

- Strong hands-on experience with Appian objects : Records, Reports, Tasks, Sites, Actions, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web APIs, Interface Rules, CDTs, Process Models, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, Feeds, etc.

- Experience in end-to-end Appian BPM implementations (Design, Develop, Deploy, Package)

- Solid understanding of Appian Process, Solution & Infrastructure Architecture

• In-memory KDB engines
• Vertical & horizontal scaling, sizing

- Knowledge of App Servers (JBOSS, Tomcat) and Web Servers (Apache)

- Integrations with SOAP & REST web services and ESBs like MuleSoft

- Hands-on experience with Appian Plugins (Smart Services, Function & Servlet Plugins), Connected Systems, and Component UI Plugins (preferred)

- Experience with Embedded SAIL

- Strong foundation in J2EE design patterns (JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC)

- Exposure to CI/CD & DevOps tools: Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, GitHub, XLR, SonarQube

- Experience with test automation tools: Selenium, Tosca

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Provide technical guidance, client support, and act as a key member of the engagement team
