Lead - API & Digital Engineering

Job Description :

- Lead application development, API management, and digital integration initiatives.

- Drive API-first development, microservices architecture, and application modernization.

- Oversee SDLC, Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.

- Ensure application and API security, scalability, performance, and compliance with technology standards.

- Drive digital transformation through cloud-native development, automation, and modern technology platforms.

- Collaborate with business, product, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver technology solutions.

- Manage development teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Deep expertise in API design, management, and governance (REST, GraphQL, OpenAPI, etc.).

- Strong background in microservices architecture and application modernization.

- Proven experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps/DevSecOps practices, CI/CD tooling, automated testing, and release management.

- Solid understanding of application security, scalability, performance tuning, and compliance frameworks.

- Handson experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloudnative development patterns.

- Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and deliver complex projects on schedule.
