Lead Analyst - SQL/ETL/Python

Job Description :

Spectral Consultants is Hiring Lead Analyst for a leading Management Consulting firm.

Location : Bengaluru

Experience : 5 - 7 Years

Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred

Key Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Advanced SQL

- Good understanding of ETL processes & data pipelines

- Proficiency in Python (data handling/automation)

- Exposure to workflow orchestration tools (Azkaban/Airflow preferred)

- Basic knowledge of AWS S3 / cloud platforms

- Strong stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration

- Ability to ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute, monitor, and optimize data pipelines and workflows

- Perform data validation checks and ensure SLA-driven delivery

- Troubleshoot data issues and support ongoing (KTLO) operations

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements

- Maintain documentation, logs, and track issues via ticketing tools

- Identify opportunities to improve/automate operational processes
