We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyst/Developer to take charge of development, support, and enhancement activities on the Quest/Dell IDM platform.

This is a key role in ensuring robust support for IDM-related systems and processes, with the opportunity to work on other integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L3 support and production issue resolution for the IDM platform.

- Lead analysis, development, testing, and deployment of change requests.

- Mentor L2 support staff and facilitate knowledge transfer.

- Design and implement system improvements and integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for UAT and release management.

- Ensure high-quality documentation and change control practices.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong IDM knowledge (Quest/Dell), including exception processing.

- Proficiency in SQL, VB.Net, C#, HTML, Powershell, Angular, and C++.

- Experience with MS-SQL Server, Oracle, WebServices, and LDAP.

- Familiarity with Ikasan, Active Directory, Jira, Confluence, and service desks.

- Exposure to middleware solutions, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and software configuration management.

Qualifications :

- Degree in Computing, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

- Proven experience in investment banking or financial services preferred.

- Track record in IDM system implementation and support.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
