Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and analytically strong Lead Analyst to manage and oversee the daily Data Operations (Data Ops) for our critical ETL/KTLO (Keep-the-Lights-On) processes. This role requires 5- 7 years of experience, a deep understanding of data pipelines, and exceptional communication skills. The Lead Analyst will ensure timely execution, rigorous data quality monitoring, lead root cause analysis for issues, and serve as the primary client Point of Contact (POC) for all operational updates and escalations.

Key Responsibilities and Operational Focus :

ETL Operations and Monitoring :

- Oversee daily/weekly ETL operations (Extraction, Transformation, Loading) and manage the timely and accurate execution of all data pipelines.

- Perform and oversee rigorous data validations to ensure the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of the data being processed and delivered.

- Ensure all processes and procedures adhere strictly to defined SOP compliance standards.

Incident Management and RCA :

- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all critical data issues, pipeline failures, and anomalies, driving incidents to resolution swiftly and implementing long-term fixes.

- Gain experience in data investigations and the monitoring of data refreshes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

Client and Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the main client-facing contact for all operational updates, status reporting, and issue escalations, ensuring a professional and responsive service.

- Provide clear, concise, and professional communication through detailed reports, emails, and internal/external meetings.

Performance and Quality :

- Focus on maintaining high standards of service delivery, with experience in SLA-driven environments (Preferred), ensuring operational metrics are consistently met or exceeded.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Experience : 5- 7 years of total experience, including 3- 4 years specifically in KTLO/Data Operations roles.

Technical Skills :

- Strong SQL proficiency for complex querying, data validation, and troubleshooting.

- Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation.

- Solid understanding of ETL process knowledge and data warehousing concepts.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective client interaction and internal coordination.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple simultaneous issues and drive resolution.

Operational Mindset : Proven experience in data investigations and refresh monitoring within a production environment.
