Bachelors/masters in software engineering

Were looking for a hands-on AI/ML professional to design, build, and deploy agentic systems that solve complex enterprise problems at scale. Youll work on multimodal pipelines, MCP-based infrastructures, and agent-driven workflows that blend autonomous reasoning with human-in-the-loop learning.

What You'll Do :

- Build intelligent, agent-driven systems for real-world business challenges.

- Engineer multi-agent frameworks with coordinated reasoning and action.

- Develop secure MCP-based infrastructures for agent-tool interactions.

- Create human-in-the-loop workflows (RLHF, feedback loops).

- Train, fine-tune, and deploy ML/DL models (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

- Work with multimodal data (text, images, structured data).

- Integrate models into production with APIs, pipelines, and monitoring.

- Ensure engineering excellence with Git, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.

What Were Looking For :

- Strong Python and agentic framework expertise.

- Solid ML fundamentals : optimization, representation learning, evaluation.

- Experience with multimodal datasets and production deployments.

- Familiarity with LLMOps/MLOps (versioning, observability, governance).

Bonus Skills :

- Multi-agent coordination & orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).

- Secure agent communication (MCP).

- RLHF, reward modelling.

- Cloud experience.
