Lead AI Engineer - Data Modeling

Job Overview :

Were looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer or Senior AI Engineer with 4 - 6 years of experience to join a fast-moving team building cutting-edge agentic systems powered by generative AI. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying autonomous agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and interacting with dynamic environments.

- Design and build autonomous agentic systems for real-world tasks.

- Work with large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning frameworks, and simulation environments.

- Develop scalable platforms and infrastructure to support agent development and deployment.

- Collaborate across engineering, research, and product teams to prototype and productionize novel AI capabilities.

- Integrate multimodal inputs (text, vision, speech) into agent workflows.

- Optimize AI models for edge deployment and resource-constrained environments.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.

- Proven experience building agentic or autonomous AI systems.

Deep understanding of :

- Generative AI (LLMs like GPT, Claude, LLaMA)

- Reinforcement Learning

Multi-agent systems :

- Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc.

- Experience working with simulation environments for agent training and testing.

- Familiarity with NLP and computer vision, especially for multimodal AI.

- Exposure to Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and advanced multimodal architectures.

- Knowledge of deploying AI models on edge devices or in low-latency environments.

- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in an early-stage/startup setup.
