Lead AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Spearhead design and development of advanced agentic workflows and LLM systems

- Lead AI projects across the lifecycle : prototyping, evaluation, deployment, and optimization

- Apply expertise in prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and observability to optimize LLM performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows

- Drive scalable AI/ML workload deployments leveraging MLOps and DevOps practices

- Evaluate, fine-tune, and benchmark large language models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency

- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with focus on LLMs

- Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic, Crew.ai, and MCP

- Strong understanding of LLM architecture, behavior, and evaluation methods

- Hands-on expertise in MLOps and DevOps, with proven experience in deploying workloads at scale

- Solid background in prompt engineering, observability, and agent orchestration

- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver AI/ML projects end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Experience in building enterprise-grade AI products or agentic platforms

- Background in reinforcement learning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or multi-agent systems

- Strong research-to-production mindset with exposure to cutting-edge LLM evaluation techniques

- Prior experience working in high-growth startups or innovative AI-first organizations
