Key Skills Required:

- Strong hands-on experience in AEM as a Cloud Service

- Expertise in AEM Sites, Assets & Forms

- Strong knowledge of OSGi, JCR, Sling & Oak

- Strong Java programming and enterprise application development experience

- Experience with Apache Dispatcher & UNIX environments

- Experience developing AEM components, templates, workflows and third-party integrations

- Experience working on large-scale, multi-regional AEM websites

- Strong experience with backend integrations

- Experience with AEM personalization and Adobe personalization tools

- Ability to lead and mentor AEM development teams

- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Adobe Target / Adobe Analytics

- AEM Lead Developer certification
