We are seeking a Tech Lead with a focus on Low-Code to guide the technical design, development, and delivery of custom developed digital solutions within our organization.

The Tech Lead will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. This role requires both strong technical expertise and leadership skills to mentor teams and drive solution excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture for the assigned solution area (e.g., Low-Code (preferably Mendix) and recommend improvements to system design, architecture, and performance.

- Oversee development and implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture.

- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, solution architects, developers, QA, operations) to deliver high-quality outcomes.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on guidance when necessary.

- Mentor and coach developers and technical team members, fostering growth and continuous learning.
