Lavu Tech Solutions - SAP FICO/RE-FX Consultant

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Configure SAP FICO modules : GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Bank Accounting.

- Implement and support RE-FX functionality, including :

1. Real estate contract management

2. Lease-in / lease-out processes

3. Integration with FI-AA and controlling

4. IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting

- Work with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and conduct gap analysis.

- Develop and conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.

- Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS) for enhancements, reports, and interfaces.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.

- Stay up-to-date with SAP best practices, new releases, and compliance regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO.

- 2+ years of experience specifically with SAP RE-FX.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 / ASC 842 standards and lease accounting.

- Full life cycle SAP implementation experience.

- Excellent understanding of SAP integration points between FICO, RE-FX, MM, SD, and PM.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with S/4HANA Finance and RE-FX on HANA.

- Experience working with multinational corporations or large-scale implementations.
