Role Overview :

We are looking for a Backend Python Developer to join our in-house engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs using Python.

You will work closely with product managers, frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.

- Build RESTful APIs using Django, FastAPI, or Flask.

- Develop secure, scalable and high-performance backend services.

- Implement microservices where required.

- Write clean, reusable and maintainable code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Debug and optimize backend performance.

- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills :

- 7-12 years of Python backend development.

- Django / FastAPI / Flask.

- REST APIs and backend architecture.

- Microservices, OOP, Git.

- Authentication, authorization & security.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills :

- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

- AWS or Azure.

- Celery, RabbitMQ or Kafka.

- Azure SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL.

- MongoDB exposure.

- Azure or Claude certifications
