Role Summary :

Seeking an experienced Large Language Model Architect who will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of advanced generative AI systems and enterprise-scale AI transformation programs.

This role combines deep technical expertise in LLM architectures and NLP systems with large-scale program leadership.

The ideal candidate will architect and optimize large language models, guide AI-native development practices, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformative AI platforms.

The role requires strong experience with distributed systems, platform engineering, AI risk management, and enterprise program delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design Large Language Models (LLMs) for natural language understanding and generation.

- Define neural network architectures and optimize model training on large-scale text datasets.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into scalable applications.

- Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

- Lead AI transformation programs and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

- Identify and mitigate AI system risks such as model drift, hallucinations, and data quality issues.

- Drive agile delivery, program governance, and stakeholder communication for AI initiatives.

- Mentor teams and promote best practices in AI/ML model development and deployment.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Strong experience in technology / software engineering

- Experience in Machine Learning / AI

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures

- Strong understanding of: Neural networks, NLP frameworks, LLM training methodologies, Distributed systems

- Experience leading large enterprise AI transformation programs

- Expertise in platform engineering and scalable AI architectures

- Experience with agile / lean program delivery frameworks

- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with agent-based AI systems

- Knowledge of semantic search, vector databases, and RAG architectures

- Exposure to AI governance and responsible AI frameworks

- Experience building enterprise AI platforms
