Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

- Develop predictive models to optimize customer experience, revenue growth, marketing effectiveness, and business performance.

- Mine and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Develop custom algorithms and statistical models for business use cases.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.

- Evaluate new data sources and improve data collection methodologies.

- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to measure model effectiveness and business impact.

- Monitor model performance, data quality, and accuracy, implementing improvements where required.

- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Work closely with engineering and product teams to deploy machine learning models into production.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, machine learning techniques, and industry best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical modeling.

- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.

- Strong understanding of Data Analysis, Data Mining, and Analytics.

- Experience with SQL and database querying.

- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.

- Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Strong understanding of predictive analytics and model evaluation techniques.

- Experience designing and executing A/B testing frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Educational Qualification:

- MBA (Master of Business Administration) or a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
