Ladera Technology - SAP UI5/Fiori Consultant

Job Summary :

Seeking an experienced SAP UI5 Fiori Developer/Consultant to design, build, and maintain SAP Fiori and UI5 applications that enhance user experience and seamlessly integrate with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user interface development, OData services, and SAP Fiori design principles, able to collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom SAP UI5/Fiori applications using SAP Web IDE and Business Application Studio.

- Integrate SAP UI5 applications with backend SAP systems leveraging OData services and SAP Gateway.

- Extend and customize standard Fiori apps, performing migration and optimization for S/4HANA.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create prototypes/mock-ups, and deliver user-centric solutions.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and perform unit testing of Fiori/UI5 apps for performance and cross-browser compatibility.

- Prepare technical documentation and participate actively in Agile development cycles.

- Support SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and catalog/group/tile management.

- Mentor junior team members, review code, and promote best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years' experience with SAP UI5 and Fiori application development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML, and SAP UI5 libraries.

- Proven experience integrating SAP UI5 with OData services and SAP Gateway.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA extensions, customizing standard apps, and app migration.

- Familiarity with CDS Views, annotations, and Fiori Elements is highly desirable.

- Solid understanding of SAP Fiori design guidelines, UX/UI principles, and Business Application Studio.

- Good knowledge of agile development, version control (Git), and debugging/browser tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and client collaboration skills
