Ladera Technology - SAP QM/WM Consultant

Role : SAP Quality Management Consultant (QM/WM).

Location : Bangalore, India (Hybrid).

Experience : 7 to 10 years total (5-6+ years relevant SAP QM experience).

Employment Type : Full-time / Contract.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior SAP QM Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Quality Management module configuration, master data setup, and integration with Warehouse Management, Procurement, and Plant Maintenance.

The ideal candidate will drive QM process optimization, FIORI enablement, and documentation for enterprise-wide quality assurance implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize SAP QM master data including Inspection Plan setup, characteristics, and inspection methods.

- Manage end-to-end QM processes : Inspection lots creation, result recording, defect management, and usage decisions.

- Implement Quality Certificates and Quality Notifications workflows.

- Enable and customize FIORI apps for QM functionalities (inspection, notifications, certificates).

- Design and document Process Design Documents (PDDs) for QM configurations and integrations.

- Integrate QM module with Procurement (MM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) processes.

- Conduct Sample Management configuration and optimization (preferred).

- Support Warehouse Management (WM) integration for quality-controlled stock movements.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for QM configurations.

- Provide knowledge transfer and training to business users and support teams.

Mandatory Skills :

- QM Master Data : Inspection Plan setup& configuration.

- QM Core Processes : Inspection lots, result recording, defects, usage decisions.

- Quality Documents : Quality Certificates&Quality Notifications.

- Integration : Procurement (MM)+Plant Maintenance (PM).

- FIORI Enablement : QM-specific FIORI appsactivation & customization.

Technical Skills :

- SAP QM Module (5-6+ years hands-on).

- SAP S/4HANA QM (preferred).

- Inspection Planning & Master Data.

- FIORI Apps Configuration (QM domain).

- SAP MM/PM/WM Integration.

- Process Design Documentation (PDD).

- Sample Management (advantageous).

- SAP ECC 6.0 / S/4HANA experience.

- ABAP debugging (basic).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- SAP QM Certification (preferred).

- Proven experience in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations.

- Excellent documentation skills (PDD, configuration guides).

- Strong verbal/written communication for stakeholder interaction.
