Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled L3 support engineer with Dotnet FullStack and Angular expertise. The L3 Support Engineer .NET Full Stack (Angular) is responsible for providing expert-level (third-line) technical support for critical production applications. The role focuses on resolving complex issues, performing deep root cause analysis, implementing code fixes and enhancements, and driving long-term stability, performance, and scalability of .NET and Angular-based systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Level 3 support for .NET & Angular based applications involving Web Forms and APIs.

- Troubleshoot issues related to application errors, user reports, integration failures, or data mismatches and can perform data fixes using SQL scripts after proper validation and impact analysis both in oracle as well as SQL server databases.

- Apply code changes or patches to resolve bugs in ASPX pages or API layers.

- Review logs, trace error flows, and work closely with dev teams to understand application behavior.

- Participate in deployments, patch validations, and smoke testing of fixes in pre-prod and prod environments.

- Document troubleshooting steps, issue patterns, and fixes in the knowledge base.

- Maintain ticket hygiene and ensure SLA adherence for assigned support tasks.

- Proficient in SQL query optimization, stored procedure development, and data integration across diverse sources.

- knowledge of Databricks, Pypsark to Provide operational and technical support for Databricks-based data pipelines.

- Identify root causes of failures and implement long-term fixes. Document supports runbooks and maintains knowledge base for recurring issues.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in .NET technologies (ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core / .NET 6+)

- Advanced experience with Angular (v10+ preferred)

- Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database performance tuning

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS

- Experience with debugging, profiling, and performance tuning tools

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices

Platform & Tools :

- Monitoring tools (App Insights, Splunk, ELK)

- Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

- Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes - basic to intermediate)

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with GCP data services such as Apache Airflow, BigQuery, Dataflow, and Data prep.

- Understanding of database security and compliance tools.

- Experience in DataStage

- Azure or GCP cloud data engineering certification
