As an RHEL L3 Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-level Red Hat environments with a strong focus on Red Hat Satellite. The role demands deep technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and hands-on experience in L3-level Linux administration.

- Troubleshooting complex issues across OS, network, and storage layers.

- Implementing system hardening and compliance using SELinux, auditd, and security benchmarks.

- Hands-on experience with RHEL clustering and HA configurations (Pacemaker, Corosync).

- Automating operational workflows using Bash/Python scripting and Ansible.

- Mentoring L1/L2 teams and maintaining accurate technical documentation.

- Participation in incident, change, and problem management processes.
