About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Engineer with strong backend expertise. You will play a key role in building and enhancing our web and mobile applications while contributing to our backend architecture. Responsibilities :

1. Develop, enhance, and maintain web and mobile applications, including backend architecture.

2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

3. Execute features end-to-end : design, code, test, debug, and deploy applications.

4. Contribute to DevOps practices : CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment automation.

5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

6. Mentor and guide junior engineers when needed.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Key Requirements :

1. 6+ years of backend experience in Node.js (mandatory).

2. MERN Stack expertise : MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.

3. 1+ year experience in React.js.

4. Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and scalable applications.

5. Hands-on experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit tests.

- Bonus : Experience in React Native and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated deployment).

6.Prior experience in a product-based company; candidates from support or admin roles will not be considered.

7. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams.
