Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned M365 L3 Engineer to join our Bangalore - based infrastructure team, serving as the technical authority for our enterprise collaboration ecosystem.

In this high - impact role, you will lead the architecture, optimization, and complex troubleshooting of our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless integration across Exchange, SharePoint, and emerging AI - driven tools like Copilot.

You will collaborate closely with global IT stakeholders, security teams, and business unit leaders to translate complex technical requirements into scalable, secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Automate repetitive administrative and deployment tasks using advanced PowerShell scripting and Graph API integrations to drive operational efficiency across the enterprise.

- Design and enforce robust DLP and governance policies to protect sensitive corporate data, ensuring full compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements.

- Lead the integration and lifecycle management of third - party collaboration tools such as Slack and TeamConnect, ensuring interoperability with the core Microsoft stack.

- Drive the adoption and technical implementation of Microsoft Copilot, configuring security boundaries and data access controls to enable AI - powered productivity safely.

- Manage complex migrations and hybrid environment configurations involving on - premises Exchange and SharePoint servers to ensure a seamless transition to cloud - native workflows.

Required Skillset:
