Description :
- Provide L3 development support and perform in-depth root cause analysis for production issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to debug, enhance, and optimize existing applications built using Java or Python.
- Manage and support AWS environments, including EKS, ECS, EC2, S3, and DynamoDB.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, and container registries.
- Support and automate infrastructure-as-code deployments and manage load balancers and VPN configurations.
- Drive DevOps automation initiatives and ensure stability across all application environments.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, BQL, and CloudWatch.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in AWS Development Support.
- Strong programming proficiency in Java or Python.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including EKS, ECS, EC2, S3, and DynamoDB.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Proven expertise in incident management, automation, and system optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, and CloudWatch.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
