Shift : 24-7 Rotational

Experience : 7+ years (relevant)

Responsibilities :

- Manage and administer IBM BigFix infrastructure.

- Design and deploy automation scripts and fixlets.

- Monitor patch deployments, compliance, and endpoint health.

- Handle escalations, RCA, and ensure security compliance.

- Collaborate with InfoSec and infrastructure teams.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience with IBM BigFix / Endpoint Management.

- Strong in patch management, automation, and remediation.

- Expertise in Windows/Linux endpoint integration.

- Knowledge of compliance and vulnerability management.

- Flexibility to work in 24-7 rotational shifts.
