L3 Application Customization Professional - Finacle Integration

Job Title : Application Customization Level 3 (L3)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Shift : Rotational (24x7 Support Environment)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced L3 Application Customization professional with a strong background in Finacle Core Banking customization and development. The ideal candidate will possess at least seven years of experience in IT/Core Banking Application support, with five years specifically in Finacle 10.x customization and related technology stack. This role is critical in supporting and enhancing core banking applications in a dynamic and mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and perform Finacle 10.x customization development, interface design, and deployment.

- Design and implement technical architecture and solutions for Finacle Core Banking applications.

- Develop and maintain Finacle APIs and interfaces (ISO8583, HTML).

- Support day-to-day Finacle operations including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and enhancements.

- Handle production support as part of a 24x7 operations team.

- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and support of application customizations.

- Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to defined SDLC processes.

- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to Finacle applications and services.

Required Qualifications :

Educational :

- Bachelor's degree in Science/Commerce, preferably in Engineering / MCA / BE / B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

- Minimum 7 years in IT/Banking/Fintech Application Development.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Finacle 10.x customization and design.

- Proven experience in Finacle 7.x and 10.x interface development.

- Experience in C24/FI integration and ISO8583 messaging.

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Finacle Product Objects (tables, indexes, batch jobs, APIs, services, deployments).

- Proficient in PL/SQL, Java, and preferably .NET.

- Hands-on experience with open-source technologies.

- Functional knowledge of Finacle application features and modules.

- Familiarity with Application APIs, SDLC processes, and change management tools.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent oral and written communication.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

- Adaptability in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
