Description :

Job Location : Powai, Mumbai (WFO Onsite)

- Only candidates currently based in Mumbai will be considered.

Educational Qualification (Mandatory) : Engineering Degree (CSE / Information Technology) or MCA

Experience : 2 to 4 Years, at L2 Level support

Knowledge :

- Good Communication Skill

- Operating System (Windows/Linux)

- Familiarity with any Programming Language (preferred Java)

- Shell Scripting essential

- Strong command on SQL

- Managing Support tickets using any ticketing tool (Preferred Jira)

- Knowledge of E-commerce domain (Preferred)

Role :

- Understand the usage of Sterling OMS and WMS Features

- Run repetitive maintenance tasks on schedule and monitor and report if there are any failures

- Monitor WAP / Email for user reported issues and either resolve them (if it is a known issue with a documented solution approach) or escalate to the L3 team for resolution.

- Document resolutions identified by the L3 team, so it goes into the SOP for future reference.
